Pfeiffer Engineering Co., Inc.'s expertise lies heavily in the chemical/process industries with many years of experience in the design, construction and startup of electrical, control and instrumentation systems.  Our client projects range from the very small to major renovation and new construction projects.  Many of these are retrofit projects where we modernize and expand existing facilities.  We pride ourselves in our extensive process experience that provides a unique understanding of the needs of our clients.

Hazardous locations, both from the explosive and health standpoint, as well as other harsh environments are common problems we deal with on a day-to-day basis.

Our specialty is handling projects that require a great deal of coordination and planning.  Whether the project involves a very short critical shutdown, or many complicated changes while a plant is running, we have the needed expertise to get the job done on time, with minimum upset to production.

Our design and documentation methodology has been developed with your maintenance personnel in mind.  Various features can be added to our designs that will allow maintenance personnel to isolate failed parts.  This is particularly important to plants that run 24 hours a day, seven days per week.  We further aid maintenance with complete documentation of our designs.  By providing additional information, such as switch settings and process data, maintenance can perform most adjustments and corrections directly from our drawings without having to refer to vendor data and other process manuals.
